Predicated on over 40 years of design and construction experience, Integrated Project Planning, LLC was created by Lance Duffield in 2008 to address a perceived need in the design and construction process to facilitate and foster collaboration, cooperation and communication between the multiple and fragmented disciplines making up that process. Through what the industry is coming to know as integrated project delivery "IPD", it is the goal and purpose of Integrated Project Planning to help deliver projects in shorter time frames, at a lower cost while meeting and exceeding the client's value targets.
